We manage real estate properties on behalf of the property owners. We do day-to-day tasks of managing rental properties, including tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance and repair and property inspection. We work closely with property owners to understand their goals and objectives, and develop a customized management plan that meets their needs. We market the property to potential tenants, showing the property, drafting and executing lease agreements, and handling tenant complaints and concerns.
